Optimus 6 Subsea Bolt Tensioning Tools
- Manufactured from high strength stainless steel
- 30mm ram stroke available on all models
- High load capacities to satisfy API 17D/SV - 10000 rating Flanges
- Quick acting split nut available on all models
- Non slip tool surface for easy diver handling
- Fitted with lifting straps for easy diver handling

- Twin hydraulic connections for simple hose assembly
Optimus Flange Pulling System (FPS)
- Manufactured from High strength Stainless Steel to minimise maintenance.
- Long Pulling Stroke
- Independent control of each cylinder
- Automatic collet release.
- Controls can be mounted on each cylinder or away from the cylinders via a remote control panel
- Compact design to minimise weight.
Optimus Subsea Hose Reels & Pumps
- Manufactured from high grade anti-cor rosive stainless steel to minimise reel maintenance time.
- Both models holds a capacity of 600m of single Bolt Tensioning flexible hose or 300m of twin hose
- Integrated high pressure quick connec tion coupling
- Locking facility - enables reel to be un- attended during pressurisation.
- Integrated Brake enables greater control feeding & retracting of down line hose.
